When placing an order we collect the following personal data:

• Email address
• Delivery address (street, postcode, city)
• Phone number (optional)
• PayPal account information (if applicable)

Your data is processed for the purposes of:

• Processing and fulfilment of your order
• Shipping and delivery
• Sending order confirmations and invoices
• Communication about queries on your order
• Fraud prevention and security

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

5. Storage period

Your data is deleted after fulfilment of the order and after any required retention periods for tax and accounting purposes (max. 10 years), unless processing is required for other reasons.

7. SSL/TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar changing from 'http://' to 'https://'. Data that you transmit via this site cannot be read by third parties.

8. Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files that your browser transmits:

• IP address (anonymised after 7 days)
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referrer URL
• Date and time of access

This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in error-free and secure provision of the website).

8a. Radio and TV stream

When you listen to our radio (radio.omaneo.de) or watch our TV channels (tv.omaneo.de), the streaming software processes technical connection data for the duration of the connection:

• IP address (stored for a maximum of 14 days, then deleted automatically)
• Player software and operating system
• Start and end of the connection and the station selected
• derived from this: the approximate country of origin

This data serves solely to deliver the stream and to count listeners in a simple way (how many devices are connected at the same time). It is not combined with other data sources and not passed on to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the service and in measuring reach without identifying individuals).

9. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the site:

• Session cookie (PHPSESSID): for shopping basket, login and session management. Deleted when the browser is closed.
• Language cookie (omaneo_lang): stores your preferred language. Duration: 12 months.

No tracking, marketing or analytics cookies are set. Consent under § 25 TTDSG is therefore not required. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time or prevent them from being stored — however, with cookies disabled, the shopping basket and login will not work.

Email dispatch: Order confirmations and dispatch notifications are sent via our hosting provider's mail server. Your email address is used solely for order processing.
