Installing via Mac + iPhone cable (your own Apple ID):
- Install AltStore or Sideloadly on your Mac
- Connect the iPhone by USB cable and unlock it
- Load the IPA into AltStore/Sideloadly and sign it with your Apple ID — the app lands straight on the iPhone
Valid for 7 days with a free Apple ID (then sign it again). In due course the app will follow through the App Store.
