When you call us or open the chat on omaneo.de, the first to answer is our AI assistant. It's meant to help you quickly and correctly — and that's exactly what we worked on in September. Here's what has changed. And since the month wasn't quiet otherwise either, you'll find a short overview of everything else at the end.

On the phone: faster, with a new voice

Since 13 September a new language model with a new voice has been answering at +49 2131 5952469. It usually replies in under two seconds and introduces itself as an AI assistant. What the assistant can do now: • It knows the current range straight from the shop — no outdated lists • It can tell you the status of your order • It knows our listings on eBay, Kleinanzeigen, markt.de and Etsy, updated daily

In the web chat: talk instead of type

The chat on omaneo.de has learned something new, too. Since 13 September there is a voice mode: simply speak your question instead of typing it — in German or English, on your phone as well. Handy when your hands are busy with the portafilter.

Beyond the assistants, quite a lot happened in the shop and on our channels: • omaneo.MIA — 58 mm portafilter machine with LED display, 20 bar and PID: €299 • omaneo.KARIN — our new house machine with E61 group and heat exchanger: €999.
